IN-ROOF RETROFIT SOLAR PV
We offer an in-roof solution for retrofit solar PV installations. Compared to the rail and hook method (on-roof) the in-roof system offers a sleek integrated solution which does not compromise roof structural integrity or water ingress from hook fixings. New build solutions for existing buildings.
88 SOLAR PV SYSTEMS
We are currently installing 88 GSE in roof systems for a sustainable\passive high end housing estate in the Cots Wolds.
20 AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS
This recently completed residential development in Herefordshire uses a combination of Mitsubishi Ecodan FTC6 and Grant Aerona3 air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water to these 3 - 5 bedroom properties.
9 IN ROOF SOLAR PV SYSTEMS
This development of 9 houses in Wales already meets the future home standard. A GSE inroof Solar PV system with battery storage and Zappie EV chargers.
This is complimented with a Vaillant Arotherm air source heat pump and under floor heating.
5 HIGH END DEVELOPMENTS
This high end residential development uses the latest Vaillant Arotherm ASHP to manage the buildings heating and hot water demands.
Due to the coastal location the outdoor units have added salt water corrosion protection (Blygold). This is essential to prevent premature failure and over looked by a lot of designers and consultants

100 SOCIAL HOUSING
The Dimplex LA MI was specified to replace the coal fired heating & hot water system for Aster Property Services. The integrated hot water cylinder & buffer tank was used to fit within the existing cylinder cupboard.
To improve efficiency the radiator system was upgraded using Type 22 radiators with TRV’s and a programmable room thermostat with set back functions.
This high end development was originally heated with electric boilers costing the owners over £3K pa . We designed and replaced the system with a Mitsubishi Ecodan and PHE.
The ASHP primary side is filled with glycol antifreeze and the energy transferred to the heating and hot water circuits via the PHE. Hot water was supplemented with a Kingspan solar thermal inroof system.
COMMERCIAL SOLAR THERMAL
We have recently completed a project at HMS Raleigh to supplement the existing gas boiler plant with a solar thermal system providing heating to the training pool and domestic hot water to shower blocks. A peak output of 160kW is believed to be the largest solar thermal farm in the UK.
To prevent stagnation 2 Searle 100kW blast coolers have been installed to reject thermal energy.
